Don was preceded in death by parents Floyd and Lillian Benskin, stepfather Lawrence Lewis, and granddaughter Faith Elizabeth Sigerson. His father Floyd passed away in Don’s early teenage years. He was born is rural Elliott, Iowa on August 12, 1936 & passed away on May 14, 2014 at his home in Omaha, Nebraska.
