Dennis is preceded in death by his parents Gordon and Donna Friis
He is survived by his son, Derek Dodenhof; brother, Donald (Randi) Friis; sister, Debra Swanson-Friis; granddaughters and nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 5:00 pm ~ 7:00 pm, Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at Braman Mortuary- 72nd Street.
Graveside Service: 11:00 am, Thursday, August 31, 2023 at Omaha National Cemetery.
