Preceded in death by his mother, Vlasta (Barney) Krause, father Jerry (Mabel) Mares; brother, Milton Mares. Survived by wife of 61 years, Pat Mares; sister, Dolores Finklea; children, Dave (Robin) Mares, Pam (Cliff) Howe, and Kathy Oberembt; grandchildren, Eric (Natalie) Oberembt, Stacy Oberembt, Mallory Mares, Matt and Melissa Garrison; great grandchildren, Teegan Dee Oberembt and Mason Garrison. Delton was the founder and president of D & M Roofing Company since 1965. He enjoyed traveling, gardening, the outdoors, and most importantly family.
