Dean was a lifetime member & past commander of American Legion Post #1. He was also a member of VFW Post #2503, Covert Masonic Lodge #11 and 40 & 8. Dean was preceded in death by Sisters: Patricia Williams & Adele Grieser; He is survived by his Wife of 64 years, Opal; Son Rick Wise & wife Elaine; Daughter Anne Taylor & husband Jim; Brothers: Keith Wise & wife Caroline, Paul Wise; Grandchildren: Heath Taylor (Becky Hughes), Julie (Brandon) McGill, Koree (Seth) Dirschell; Great Grand Daughters: Liliana & Mila; Many other relatives & friends.
