David Kimble, Sr. was born August 23, 1925 to Mr. and Mrs. Moses and Addie Kimble in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. He was the second oldest of four children of this union. He was preceded in death by his wife, one son and two sisters. He was baptized at an early age. David was united in holy matrimony to Elzrean Bernice Adams in Omaha, Nebraska. This union lasted more than 30 years until she was called home and departed this life in January 1982. He relocated to Omaha after his discharge from the Army. David was employed with Cudahy Packing Company and Wilson Packing Company for over 30 years and retired from Campbell Soup. He was an avid fisherman and loved to hunt and enjoyed the outdoors. God called Mr. David Kimble, Sr. home on Friday July 27, 2012. He leaves to mourn, four sons, David, Jr., Larcell, Larry and Richard Kimble all of Omaha; 2 daughters, Julie Kimble-Easter (Alex) of Omaha, Deann Washington of Oklahoma City; brother Roosevelt Kimble and sister, Mosetta Tyler of Omaha; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
