CASH, Daniel 11/17/1955 – 12/25/2020 Daniel Lee Cash was born November 17, 1955 to Leslie and Bernadine (Struebing) Cash in Grand Island NE. Dan attended school in Central City, NE and graduated from Central City Senior High in 1974. Dan met his future wife Pamela Swanson while attending Central City high and were married on December 27, 1975. Dan and Pam lived in Kearney, NE while attending Kearney State College where Dan received a Bachelors in Agricultural science. They lived in and around Central City until they moved to Houston, TX in 1984. Dan started working at Sam’s Club while in Houston in 1989 and they moved to Omaha, NE where Dan continued to work at Sam’s Club for 33 years until he retired in the Fall of 2020. Dan left us to join our Heavenly Father and family on December 25, 2020. Dan is survived by his wife of 45 years, Pam (Swanson) Cash. Dan and Pam were blessed with two wonderful Sons; Sean was born in 1980 and Joseph in 1985. Both young men are married now, Sean and his wife Almira have two daughters, Piper age 4 and Charlie age 3. Joseph and his wife Candice have given Dan and Pam a Grand dog and two Grand cats. Dan is survived by one brother David, with his wife Mae, and by his Stepmother, Berniece Cash. Dan was preceded in death by his parents Leslie and Bernadine Cash, a sister, Donna Rose and brother, Dennis Cash. All are loved by Dan and Pam. Daniel worked on his pilot’s license and was a certified scuba diver. Dan enjoyed camping with his family and hunting with his best friend Norm Krug. He and Pam traveled a great deal together and were planning a cruise this summer. His life touched so many by his kindness, desire to help and perseverance. He will be greatly missed. Celebration of Daniel’s Life: Saturday, Jan 2, 2021 at 11:00am, with visitation one hour prior to the service, all at Brookside Church (11607 M.
