Cheryl is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Victor E. Schmitt, her devoted sons Paul (Judith) Schmitt, Mike (Colleen) Schmitt, Chris (Julie) Schmitt, and her cherished grandchildren Mackenzie, Hanna, Ava, Alyssa, Jenna, Eric, Ryan, Kyle, Anna, Ben and Lucas. She is also survived by her sisters Lynn (Ken) Biely and Gerri (Mike) Flores, as well as her brother Jim (Dana) Wangsgard.
A Celebration of Kay's Life service will be held at Braman Mortuary (Millard Chapel) in Omaha, NE on Monday, July 1st, 2024 at 4:00 pm., with a visitation starting at 3pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Asthma research in Cheryl's memory.
