Charles E. Perry passed away October 19, 2022. Charles honorably retired from the United States Navy with over 20 years of service. During his service he received the Meritorious Unit Commendation, Navy Unit Commendation, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, 2 Bronze Stars, Navy "E" Ribbon, Navy and Marine Corps Overseas Service Ribbon, Fourth Good Conduct Award.
Charles is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Sr. and Evelyn Perry; sister, Betty Perry; brother in law, Dave Casper.
He leaves behind his wife, Jacqueline Perry (Boettner); son, Brian (Erin) Perry; daughters, Nicole Perry, Molly (Nick) Thompson; brother, Dick (Susan) Perry; sister Dorine Casper; grandchildren, Eli, Lydia, Ashley, Grady and Jovie; many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Internment: 10:00 am, Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at Omaha National Cemetery.
