Carter had a contagious smile that made everyone laugh. He was a loving and sensitive kid to all that he knew. Carter loved the Denver Broncos and enjoyed bowling, welding, video games, shooting hoops, having air soft wars and spending time with family and friends. Carter was preceded in death by grandparents: Walter Moyer, Lester & Pauline Storz, Elwood & Mildred Payne, Alice McClarnen; He is survived by his Parents David & Lori Payne; Brother Trey Payne; Sister Hannah Payne; Nephew Levi Payne; Grandparents: Paulet Payne, David & Judy Payne; Great Grandmother Willa Moyer; Many other relatives, friends & his buddy “Rascal”.
