He peacefully passed away at home in the company of loved ones. He served his country in the US Air Force during the Korean War, protected the citizens of Nebraska as a state trooper during the 1960’s and 1970’s and was a member of the American Legion, Post #1. Preceded in death by parents Walter and Matilda, first wife Sheila. Survived by wife Pauline; Children and in-laws, Ann and Alan Williams, Cheri Grossoehme and partner LaReta Larison, Kurt and Rennie Grossoehme, Deborah and Kerry Stokes, Paul and Lisa Grossoehme, Eric and Kimm Grossoehme, Prima and fiancée Jon Mull; sister Frances Andrew and brothers, Clyde, Lannon and Kenneth. eighteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
