Bruce A. Argotsinger

ARGOTSINGER, Bruce A. September 3, 1961 ~ February 9, 2018 Bruce was born in Lincoln Ne on September 3 ,1961 to Larry and Bonnie Argotsinger. He truly was born a Husker fan! He was the oldest of three children, siblings Denise and Scott. He grew up and graduated high school in Oakland , Ia. He loved playing football, he was small but mighty and was also a wrestler and loved it , too. He was active in many other sports throughout his adult life. Bruce married Tammy Deiber on April 27th,1991 at Zion Lutheran Church in Denison,Ia. They welcomed twin daughters Jaymie Lynn and Cydnie Jane on April 23rd, 1998. These two precious baby girls stole his heart from the first second he laid eyes on them. One of his favorite things to say to them was “ I love you more than air”. His love and pride for his girls was unmeasurable. He enjoyed coaching their volleyball teams, going to dance recitals, choir concerts, sporting events , anything and everything they were involved in. He beyond enjoyed teasing them and their friends and was very pleased that he had taught them to dish it right back out to him. Fishing trips, motorcycle rides, Thursday night wings night, hanging out in his garage with the dogs and whoever wanted to stop by and share a beer with him and watching college football all day on Saturdays in the fall were some of his very favorite pastimes. He rarely knew a stranger and had a wonderful, ridiculously wicked sense of humor. It brings his family great joy to know that so many people have great memories and funny stories about him that they hope will be kept alive for years and years to come. Preceded in death by his brother Scott Survived by his wife of 26 years Tammy; Daughters Jaymie and Cydnie; Parents Larry & Bonnie Argotsinger; Sister Denise (Jeff) Williams; Niece and nephew Jessica & Jacob Williams; Father and mother-in-law Lloyd & Jan Deiber; Brother-in-law Tim Deiber; Nephew Lucas Deiber and many other relatives and friends GATHERING OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS: Thursday, Feb. 15, 2018 from 5 -8:00 P.M. at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church (7706 S 96th St.) CELEBRATION OF BRUCE’S LIFE: Friday, Feb. 16, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church In lieu of flowers, memorials given to the family will go towards his daughters’ education fund
