Betty was preceded in death by her loving husband of 67 years, Richard; sons Steven and Thomas; parents and brother. Survived by children: Carol Richardson Casper of Omaha, and Craig (Debra) Richardson of Lincoln; grandchildren: Megan (Brad) Bruntz, Cassi Richardson, Nikki (Steve) Franks, Chad (Shelly) Richardson, Darci (Sam) Gerding; 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson. Betty was born in Norfolk, NE. She was married to Rich in Hastings, NE in 1950. Betty enjoyed volunteering at the church, serving as an acolyte, and helping in the Nearly New Shop. She liked playing bridge with friends and spent her free time knitting or crafting. Betty will be missed by all, especially her cherished family.
Celebration of Betty’s Life: Monday, June 17, 2024, at 11 AM at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, 84th and Pacific Streets. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the church or a charity of your choice.
