Barbara L. "Barbie" Rottman

Barbara L. (Warren) Rottman – “Barbie” – Born December 22, 1959, in Atchison, Kansas, to Vada Marie and Joel Fern Warren. Graduated from Auburn High School in 1977. Married to Dan Rottman, November 9, 1979, ended in divorce in January 2006. Children: Veronica, Cristine, D.J. and Mary Jo. Barbie lived most of her adult life with her family on farms outside of Pawnee City, Nebraska. She loved being a farm wife, mother and grandmother. She also loved tending the horses. She moved to Louisville in 2005, and became a server at Cracker Barrel Restaurant. She truly loved meeting and serving people. Barbie passed away from complications of anal cancer on September 25, 2010. She will be fondly remembered and severely missed. Barbie was preceded in death by: infant sister Carla, mother, father, grandson David Michael, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins. She is survived by: daughter Veronica Iverson and friend Tim, grandson James and granddaughter Symanthea, Lincoln, NE; daughter and son-in-law Cristine and Jerry Andrews and family; son D.J. and friend Katie and family; and daughter Mary Jo; sister Shirley Warren, West Point, NE; brother Joey Warren, Lincoln, NE; sister and brother-in-law Tina and Burt Harris, Greenwood, NE; brother Scott and sister-in-law Tammy Warren, Springfield, NE; nephews Clayton and Tyler Harris (Desiree and Elsie), and Andy and Ethan Warren; Aunt Tiny Lisle, Uncle Sanford Lisle, Aunt Shirley Foley, Aunt Arlene Henry; other family and friends.
