Arlene Hills was born in Bloomfield, Nebraska to Velma Neal and LaVerne McFarlane. She grew up in Sioux City, Iowa where she married Richard Hills. They lived there while he was in the service and had 3 children: Debbie, Glenn, and Cheryl. They later moved to Omaha, Nebraska where they lived out the rest of their lives.
Arlene worked for Safeway Ice Cream for 25 years as a supervisor. She was very energetic and loved to spend time with her family. She also loved to travel.
Arlene is survived by her 3 children, grandchildren : Leigh, Jenny, Becky, Chad, Damon, Heather, TJ, Jaimie and 17 great grandchildren.
She was 92 when she passed to be with Richard and their beloved dog, Bud.
