Alice Marie (Drake) Dickey. Alice Marie (Drake) Dickey was born to Ray and Clora Drake on Nov. 9, 1926 on a farm outside of Alva, OK. Alice attended school in Alva, graduating from high school in 1944. She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Savior when she was twelve years of age in the Alva Assembly of God church. Alice married the love of her life, Mack Elmer Dickey in Enid, OK on October 5, 1943. Three children were born to their union: Linda, Paul, and Stanley. After a few years of owning a farm outside of Alva and then attending Bible school in Waxahachie, TX and Siloam Springs, AR, Mack and Alice moved their family to Wichita, KS in 1952. Mack worked for the Boeing Company for thirty-one years as a computer engineer. Alice was a loving and supportive mother to her children and grandchildren. Throughout many years, Alice and Mack were conscientious teachers and outstanding lay people in their churches. Mack and Alice moved to Omaha in March of 1994. Alice was preceded in death by her husband Mack, son Stanley, and sister, Leta Dickey. She is survived by her children, Linda (Jerry) Cochran of Amarillo, TX, and Paul (Willyne) Dickey of Omaha; six grandchildren Barry (Montana) Cochran, Vanessa Sperling, Cheryl Cochran, Joel (Melissa) Cochran, Kristin (Jacob) Ansari, and Matthew (fiancée Keisha Anderson) Dickey and five great grandchildren, Joab Cochran, Kenzie & Brienna Cochran, and Gabriel, Anneliese & Baby Ansari; and special friend, Chris (Lupita) Ivener.
