Al was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and retired from the Omaha Police Department
Al was preceded in death by wife Geri and son Michael; He is survived by daughter Gerri Kazmierczak; son Jeff Metzler & wife Linda; daughter-in-law Cheri Metzler; brothers Frank & Richard; sisters Joan Burk & Jean Guy; grandchildren: Amy, Drew, Brett, Lauren; many great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
VISITATION: Wed., February 8, 2023 from 5-7:00pm at Braman Mortuary (Southwest Chapel)
CELEBRATION OF AL'S LIFE: Thur., February 9, 2023 at 11:00am at FaithWestwood United Methodist Church (4814 Oaks Lane)
