Albert Otto Bangert

December 4, 1921 — June 23, 2015

Al Bangert proudly served as a meteorologist in World War II on the USS Wasp. After his service ended, Al worked as a meteorologist for the United States government until his retirement. He was an active & dedicated member of the Masons. He recently received his 50 year service pen from the Mason's Covert Lodge. Al was a wonderful husband, brother, uncle, grandpa and great-grandpa with a generous disposition and a quirky sense of humor. He was loved and will be dearly missed. He was preceded in death by wife Ann; Albert is survived by his Son Charles Bangert & wife Jean Marie; Daughter Candace “Candy” Goette & husband Richard; Step Children: Sue Burkman, Walter Scott, Marianne Wright; Many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
